History
History
COACH A is an executive coaching firm with an extensive global network.
Our history dates back to 1997, when we began offering a large-scale coach training program. In 1999, this program received accreditation as a coaching program certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
In 2001, we began offering coaching services for managers of large corporations. By providing coaching services to business professionals, we have driven the expansion of coaching in Japan.
Since then, we have accelerated the evolution of coaching over our quarter-century history, continually asking ourselves, "What can coaches do to help face a changing future?" and "How can we generate dialogue in organizations around the world?"
In 2008, we established the Coaching Research Institute to validate the value of coaching. This institute utilizes a scientific approach and is engaged in validating coaching outcomes, developing coaching assessments and many other initiatives.
Today, we are expanding the practice of Systemic Coaching™, which serves as a catalyst for organizational transformation worldwide, with executives as the starting point.
