Renée is a corporate executive recognized for her agility, business acumen, and leveraging coaching to engage and transform organizations. She has served as a trusted advisor and coach to senior executives and designed two innovative coaching initiatives that achieved multiple business objectives and earned the International Prism Award from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) twice.
She has also held the position of founding chief staff officer and vice president for the ICF's start-up business unit, Coaching in Organizations (CIO), which focuses on advancing coaching within organizations. Currently, Renée is the principal and chief coaching officer at the Robertson Coaching Institute and serves as an advisor and business partner to Coach U.
