Takeshi Takeuchi has graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University. He passed the secondary CPA examination while in university. He then joined the International Department of Chuo Shinko Audit Corporation, and engaged in audit and consulting work for Japanese companies and foreign-owned companies in Japan listed in the U.S. and Japan. He was appointed as a resident employee of the Dallas Office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) in the U.S. He later, worked in Los Angeles, Stanford and New York.Takeshi provided accounting audit and M&A consulting services to listed companies in the U.S. and Japanese-owned companies in the U.S. After that, he joined COACH A Inc.
Experience / Achievements
He has provided services as a CPA over 19 years to top management in Japanese, American and European companies. He has experience of working with both American and Japanese clients and colleagues in five cities in Japan and the U.S., including Tokyo. He has been in charge of coaching corporate executives and national staff management, including overseas resident employees, in light of his experience in cross-culture environments. He widely advocates the effect of introducing coaching for PMI projects that are increasing due to the increase in activity of company M&As overseas by Japanese-owned companies. Although based in New York, he frequently travels on business to America, Europe, China and various cities in Japan to provide global projects. He has also been working to expand services to U.S. companies recently.
