BACKGROUND
Hitoshi Murakata completed his Master's program at the Graduate School of Media & Governance at Keio University. He joined Oracle Corporation Japan where he was responsible for the verification and enlightenment of the latest technology in database software before being transferred to the consulting department. As a database implementation consultant, he was involved in the construction and troubleshooting support of numerous large-scale systems. Alongside his consulting activities, he authored a serial column for a monthly magazine aimed at technical professionals.
EXPERIENCE / ACHIEVEMENTS
After joining COACH A, he has been engaged in executive coaching targeting corporate management. Leveraging his experience in developing the flagship service DCD (Driving Corporate Dynamism), he has consistently supported projects in organizational development across various industries and company sizes, ranging from major manufacturing companies, insurance agencies, long-established confectionery manufacturers, mid-sized IT companies, toy manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, to chemical manufacturers, from planning to operation, achieving numerous successes. Additionally, he teaches "Leadership Development and Coaching" at Keio University. He has been in his current position since April 2024, responsible for coaching quality management, quality improvement, and coach development.
