BACKGROUND

Before being a professional coach, Michelle Leung was a seasoned marketer with 15-year experiences in global fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and pharmaceutical companies in Hong Kong and mainland China, such as GlaxoSmithKline, Reckitt Benckiser, Jebsen Consumer, The Clorox Company, etc., where she managed high-performing teams with P&L responsibility. Apart from leading her own teams, she also played a leading role in cross countries and functions projects which required sound influencing and project management skills. She has significant managerial and commercial experiences in a sophisticated context. Early in her career Michelle received executive coaching to fast track her new team head role. Having experienced the benefits first hand, she came to appreciate the value of having coaching when tackling challenging goals and managing and collaborating with cross-border teams. She also learnt and applied coaching in her workplace to engage, mobilize and develop her staff that her team's performance was well recognized globally.

EXPERIENCE / ACHIEVEMENTS

Michelle is an executive coach based in Hong Kong. She coaches leaders often being the change agent in their organizations or undergoing role transition. Her projects are designed for enhancing leader's individual performance and organizational development through enhancing the leader's relational intelligence. Her clients are mainly Asians in HK, China and SEA working in multinational companies. She conducts coaching in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Michelle is the International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ICF Registered Mentor Coach. She was also selected as the Judge for 2019 ICF International Prism Award, as the only Judge from North Asia. She also possesses an MBA degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD University in Singapore.
