After graduating from Donghua University's Department of Finance, and completing her Japanese studies at the same school, Linjing came to Japan as a research student in the Department of Behavioral Science at Chiba University. As a global marketing researcher, she engaged in a wide range of activities from consumer surveys to brand consulting. She used interview-based qualitative surveys to conduct management, moderation and reporting for multi-lingual research projects. She joined COACH A to apply her dialog and analysis skills, based in sociology and psychology, to transform organizational culture.
Experience / Achievements
Linjing's communication abilities in Japanese, Chinese and English are an asset as she manages large-scale projects to reform the corporate cultures of global enterprises operating in countries around the world. She is involved in management, quality assurance and global promotion of "systemic coaching" for organizational reform. And her coaching follows a theme of developing global leaders for cross-cultural management in a wide range of industries including finance, government, retail, publishing and consulting.
As a coach, she is known to leverage her experience in marketing research, and a style of asking straightforward questions, to achieve client goals. She also has a reputation for putting client's thoughts and emotions into words.
