BACKGROUND

Graduated from the Faculty of Communication Arts (Advertising), Chulalongkorn University, Thailand
Completed the Ph.D. Program at the Graduate School of Media Design, Keio University

Komkid began her career in business planning at a Thai advertising agency before pursuing graduate studies in Japan, researching “Innovation Design for Global Education.”
After completing her Ph.D., she joined LINE Corporation, leading advertising business planning for the Asian region and contributing to overseas market growth.
Through working with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds, she recognized the importance of communication and dialogue in bringing out individual potential. This inspired her interest in human development and coaching, leading her to join COACH A.
She is fluent in Japanese, English, and Thai.

EXPERIENCE / ACHIEVEMENTS

She provides one-on-one coaching and supports organizational transformation projects for management teams across Southeast Asia, including manufacturing, chemicals, and construction.
With expertise in cross-cultural project management, she builds trust with leaders from diverse backgrounds and supports both individual growth and organizational change.
