CHEN Guoxin
BACKGROUND
Guoxin graduated from the School of Foreign Languages at Harbin University of Science and Technology and earned a Master’s degree in Linguistics from Xi’an Jiaotong University. She began her career as a language instructor in China and Japan, supporting the learning of over 400 students and professionals.
Guoxin later joined a global apparel company in Japan, where she was translated executive speeches, internal communications, and CSR reports. Through this work, she developed a keen focus on crafting language that resonates and drives understanding.
Her interest in coaching was sparked during her involvement in an internal coaching initiative, where she witnessed firsthand the power of language to influence change in people. Drawn to an environment where she could integrate her language skills into leadership development, she joined Coach A to embrace new challenges as a coach.
EXPERIENCE / ACHIEVEMENTS
Guoxin coaches Japanese and Chinese leaders across a variety of industries, including education, IT, retail, aviation, and manufacturing. Her coaching focuses on leadership development, team building, and talent cultivation , with a particular emphasis on supporting mid-level and senior managers in large organizations.
As a manager herself, Guoxin actively fosters team cohesion and strong working relationships within her own team, continuously deepening her practice through hands-on experience.
With her background in linguistics and professional translation, Guoxin coaches leaders from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds with clarity and cultural sensitivity. Guoxin’s coaching style centers on uncoveringthe client’s strengths and potential, and walking alongside them in achieving their goals.
