Akihiro TACHIIRI

BACKGROUND

Master of Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University
Akihiro began his career at Mizuho Corporate Bank (now Mizuho Bank) as a corporate sales representative, managing approximately 30 client companies, including materials manufacturers and food trading companies. During his university years, he also managed a private tutoring school, where he utilized coaching techniques to encourage proactive engagement among instructors and students. His experiences in corporate sales and education management made him realize the great potential of coaching for driving organizational transformation, which brought him to COACH A.In June 2024, he was appointed as Head of COACH A (Thailand) Co., Ltd., overseeing the company's operations across ASEAN.

EXPERIENCE / ACHIEVEMENTS

Akihiro places great importance on encouraging clients to take proactive actions and embrace the challenge of taking the first step. His coaching philosophy is centered around fostering this initiative.In his current role, he provides executive coaching to leaders across diverse industries and organizations. In addition to his work in executive coaching, he leverages his experience in corporate sales to serve as a project manager for multiple large-scale initiatives in systemic coaching.
