Since the past, human beings have survived by cooperating with their peers. In today’s rapidly changing business environment, cooperation, or “co-creation”, is considered essential for the sustainable development of organizations. This article examines the essence of co-creation, the barriers that impede it, and how to be prepared to practice dialogue toward co-creation.
